Audio permission

Within my film trailer I am going to use the character's voices. The actors and actresses that are playing the characters within my trailer have signed a talent release form that gives me permission to use their voices for my production. The main female character also narrates the film trailer. This audio comes into the talent releasee form which she has signed allowing me to use her voice for the narration.

In terms of the music for my film trailer, I contacted my friend who works in the music industry asking if he knows an artist that I came across on Soundcloud. He asked me to write an email to Charlie and then send it to him so he could forward it to Charlie. This is the email which I sent to my friend so he could forward it:
